SENIORS/JUNIORS
North Wales picks representative teams from Under 13 to senior to compete in the CAU Inter Counties Cross Country Championships. These Championships, which all the counties from England, Wales and Scotland are invited to attend, are usually held in March of the calender year.
Teams are selected on the basis of form using the results from the North Wales Cross Country Championships or recent North Wales Cross Country League races or the Welsh Inter Regional Championships as a priority.
We are fortunate to have a number of Team Managers who help us select and manage the teams on the day of the event. They are:

If selected and available to run for North Wales you will need to run in a NORTH WALES vest – these can be bought £18 (cheques made payable to NWCCA).
