SENIORS/JUNIORS
North Wales picks representative teams across all ages (from Under 13 to Masters 65+) to compete in the Welsh Inter Regional Cross Country Championships. These Championships are usually held in November of each year.
Teams are selected on the basis of form using the results from recent North Wales Cross Country League races as a priority.
We are fortunate to have a number of Team Managers who help us select and manage the teams on the day of the event. They are:

If selected and available to run for North Wales you will need to run in a NORTH WALES vest – these can be bought £18 (cheques made payable to NWCCA).
